The Compensation Plan Review

Fast Start Bonus:
You will receive a bonus within 60 days of starting based on the volume sales of your own distributors as well their own recruits. There are three levels to get paid and in order to receive commissions on all levels, you must be at the Senior Associate level. The range of percentage on commissions range from 5% all the up to 35%.

Unilevel Commissions

The sales volume of your organization determines the levels, 1 through 5, of your commission. In order to be paid 5 levels deeps, you must hold the Vice President position. If achieved, you will earn anywhere between 3 to 10% of your group’s volume.

Infinity Bonus

This allows you to still earn commissions on group volume when someone achieves the same rank as you. Up to 3% of all commission-able Volume on each order is paid out.

Check Matching

For senior executives and higher, Eiro Research will match your bonus from the first level up to four levels. has included within their compensation plan a check matching bonus as well.
